East Coast Regional Sales Engineer

Location:  Philadelphia to Washington DC  (Plant is located in Newark, DE)

We have an immediate opening for a Sale Engineer who has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Candidate must have experience in at least one of these areas; noise control, vibration damping, shock isolation and cushioning, including acoustical foams, sound barriers, energy-absorbing elastomers, and molded grommets and isolators. He/she must have proven sales skills in an industrial custom engineering environment

Additional requirements:

Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
Proven sales skills in an industrial custom engineered environment
Proven sales skills in being able to manage large, complex, key accounts
Proven sales skills in leading and motivating rep groups.
Ability to work independently and think on feet
Quick learner, both technically and organizationally
Background in repeat sales or consumables sales preferred. Capital equipment sales not as desirable.
We need someone creative and not easily discouraged. Support available 24/7 but we do not hold hands. Expect person to ask questions and challenge status quo.

Bonus potential is 25% of salary if budget is met and 60% of salary if reach 120% of revenue budget
Company car, laptop, and phone provided.

Locations preferred:

Philadelphia to Washington DC is best as it is central to region and close to our Newark, DE plant.
 
For right candidate, can work with a location that is close to an economical airport with good service.
