Regional Sales Manager - Tempe, AZ
Direct all sales activity that occurs in the WEST Area to include: Develop strategies to achieve targeted New Orders for running 3 year time frame; Monitor performance of assigned sales resources; Maintain relations with major customers; Work with Product and project managers in understanding and satisfying customers requirements; Manage all direct and indirect sales personnel for West Area business. Participate and contribute to overall Wireless Network product development roadmap creation. Facilitate management team meetings with key state and local officials. Ensure area consultants are informed of our capabilities and roadmaps. Work with Market Mangers in developing and executing market growth strategies. Ensure timely and accurate forecasting on all opportunities on a monthly basis with a three year horizon.
At least 10 years sales experience in the Communications Industry, preferably in Land Mobile Radio. A minimum of a four-year degree, preferably in marketing/business. MBA preferred. Sales management experience preferred.
